Yesterday year 5s had a football tournament at Horbury High school .

 

 

 The first match we were playing Netherton it was a tough game for us

 

 But we scored in the  5^th minute Josh Pamment scored the first goal.

 

2 minutes later Nevethton scored past Jamie Young & ended 1-1.

 

 

Our 2^nd game was against Horbury Primary school Josh , Jordan & Alistair

 

Could have had loads of goals but we missed or there goalkeeper saved it.

 

We were unlucky and the score was 0-0

 

 

The 3^rd game was against Horbury Bridge , they were a good team for a small school to fit a football team.

 

We still won 4-0 Jordan Blair scored a hat-trick & Alistair scored to make it 4-0

 

 

The 4^th match we were playing West Bretton . We won them  2-0 with Jay crossing the ball to Josh Pamment  with a volley to make the score 1-0. 3minutes after Josh scored another perfect goal & changed the score to 2-0 at the end of the game.

 

 

At the end of the tournament all the teams grouped together to reveal the points and who had won the tournament

 

In 4^th place it was a tie with West Bretton & Horbury Bridge

 

In 3^rd place was Netherton with 5 points

 

In 2^nd place was St Peters with 6 points

 

So the winners with 7 points were Horbury Primary
